We recognize that there may be occasions where you need to return a product, and this detailed Refund and Return Policy outlines our procedures and requirements to make the return process as seamless and hassle-free as possible. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and considerate of your needs.
1. Comprehensive Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
Return Window: We offer an extended return window of 90 days from the original purchase date. This gives you ample time to evaluate the product’s performance and ensure your satisfaction.
Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition. This means the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, and any included accessories, manuals, or promotional items. The returned product should be in a condition that allows us to restock and resell it. Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage will not be accepted for a return.
Refund Criteria: Refunds are issued for eligible returns that meet the criteria specified in this policy. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Refunds will be for the original purchase price of the product, excluding the original shipping charges.
Exceptions to Returns and Refunds: Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
Custom-Made Products: Products that have been custom-made, personalized, modified, or altered to meet your specific requirements are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.
Final Sale Items: Products that are explicitly marked as “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or similar are not eligible for returns unless there is a clear manufacturing defect. These items are typically sold at significant discounts.
Perishable Goods: Perishable items, such as certain types of bait or lures with a limited shelf life, are not eligible for returns.
Damaged Due to Misuse: Products that are damaged or rendered unusable as a result of misuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage, inadequate maintenance, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return or refund.
Missing Parts or Packaging: Returns will not be accepted if they are missing their original packaging, tags, manuals, or other components that were included in the original shipment.
Partial Returns: In situations where you purchased a bundle or set of multiple products, you will generally be required to return all the components of the set in order to be eligible for a full refund. Partial returns of items from a bundle may be accepted at our sole discretion.

Return Authorization (RA) Number: After reviewing your return request, our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, if your return is eligible. This RA number is essential for processing your return and must be clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging. Returns received without an RA number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. In such cases, Calmluis will cover return shipping costs, and we will either provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or make other suitable shipping arrangements. For all other returns, we strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
Proper Packaging Guidelines: It is vital to ensure the item you are returning is securely packaged to avoid any potential damage during shipping. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition that prevents damage from transit.
3. Refund Procedure:
Inspection Process: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will conduct a comprehensive inspection to ensure that it meets all the eligibility criteria specified in this policy. If your return is approved, we will then proceed with processing the refund.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the successful inspection of the returned item. The exact time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account will be dependent on your financial institution or payment provider’s processing times.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that you used to make the original purchase. We cannot refund via any other methods. This refund will be for the original purchase price of the returned item, excluding any original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Partial Refunds: In specific instances where a product is returned in a condition that is not pristine, partial refunds may be offered at our sole discretion. This is dependent on the extent of the product’s condition, and its potential to be resold.
Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end or if the product is defective.
4. Exchange Process:
Exchange Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow our return process to return the item you wish to return. If you are eligible, a refund will be issued as per the steps in our refund process. Then you can make a new purchase on our website for the new item.
